BEING SALT IN THE WORLD
Talk about how good they are. Ask them if they can taste the salt on them. Does the
salt make them taste better? Offer them more... Ask them if they are getting thirsty. Offer them a drink of water. Tell the children that Jesus wants His children to be like salt in the world. He wants
us to live lives that show how wonderful it is when Christ is living in our hearts. We
should make people thirsty to know Jesus just like salt makes us thirsty for water. Prayer: Our Heavenly Father, bless these children. Help us all to live our lives in
such a salty way that we will cause other people to become thirsty to know you better.
